Hello everyone, lately I've been looking everywhere to find an answer to this specifique question, but still i haven't got any. the question is: 

is it possible to continue your studies for master or bachelor's degree at a university after graduating from fachinformatiker ausbildung.

It depends... we are talking about germany. There is a rule and a law for everything.

The easy way: your school diploma will be accepted as Hochschulzugangsberechtigung (allowance to visit University): everything is fine, you can register at an university of your choice.

If your school diploma will not be accepted: yes, there is a way to study. With your completed apprenticeship and several years of work experience you can start your specialized studies. You may study IT, but no other subjects. These rules depends by laws of the federal state in germany, bavaria e.g. has other rules than lower saxony.
