Internetconnection - Laptop

Ein Freund von mir hat folgendes Problem.

Er möchte eine gute Internetverbindung auf dem Laptop und hat folgende Komponenten gefunden. Funktioniert dies, oder gibt es bessere Empfehlungen?

Er ist nicht aus A, hat dies nur dort gefunden.

When I order all this I should be able to make a connection from my laptop

to my VPN network right? Please let me know the total costs. And how I can

order this all the best way in a shop or via the internet. And will

everything work on the same day if I buy this stuff in a shop in Austria?

You can find their answer below. Could you also find out or I get a phone

number with such a package they recommend. I don't need a phone number if

not necessary. I only need this to have a good internet connection on my

laptop.
