Obwohl, damals hat sie mit Cornflake Girl einen Hit gelandet, der wochenlang auf MTV rauf und runtergenudelt wurde. Der Song heisst übrigens Spark. Ach so, meine nicht aufgelöste Lyric war "Girl from Ipanema" von Stan Getz und Astrud Gilberto. Ich geb die Runde frei, mir fällt grad nix ein.

Deshalb meinte ich das ja... - sie ist eine von den Künstlern, die zwar nie wirklich weit oben in den Charts war, aber eine große Fangemeinde hat und über Jahre hinweg immer auf hohem Niveau spielt... - halt eine Ausnahmekünstlerin - und solche schaffen es ja selten in die Charts, was IMO auch gut ist. Wobei ich denke, daß sich die Charts möglicherweise doch etwas verschieben werden, wo die Umsätze der typischen Charts-"Künstler" immer weiter in den Keller gehen, die der eher unbekannten Musiker aber konstant bleiben... - auch schön zu sehen, daß hier im Thread fast ausschliesslich alternative Musik zu finden ist - oder traut sich nur keiner, die Lyrics von Modern Talking oder so zu posten?
