Hallo,

möchte gerne den IST-Zustand beim Kunden mit MS Visio 2003 darstellen.

Benötigte Sysmbole oder Shapes wären Telefonanlagen, TAE1, NTBA, Modem, Telefone, FAX, vielleicht auch Nebenstellen usw.

Problem ich finde in Visio nirgends geeignete Shapes um so was darzustellen.

Kann man die nachträglich laden, wenn ja wo?

Probiere die Shape-Suche (mit aktivierter internetverbindung und der EInstellung auch im Internet zu suchen). Wenn Du da nichts findest, bleibt Dir noch Google oder einfach selbst zeichen.
