Es geht um eine HTML/PHP/ Webseite

Wie ist das jetzt, wenn jemand eine FILM-CD verkaufen möchte. Also eine einzige CD. Teile der CD kann man auf der Webseite anschaun(Flash Videos).

Weis jemand da bescheid was da alles an rechtlichem reinmuss?

Hallo,

eine AGB z.B. brauchst du nicht, eine AGB ist einfach nur eine Auslagerung von Vereinbarungen aus dem Kaufvertrag in eine allgemeingültige Form.

Ansonsten kann ich bei der Kommerzialisierung eines Webauftrittes unbedingt zu einem Juristen raten.
